Company Profile

After finishing school, I worked in the technical support division of a major electronics manufacturer. At that time, most electronic devices were still built around hardware, and my work involved technical support for all kinds of equipment: PCs, word processors, fax machines, multifunction printers, scanners, office computers and more.

Seeing the launch of Windows 95 and the possibilities of desktop publishing on the Mac, I became convinced that an era was coming in which software would be what mattered.

It was when software was still a field that was hard to get into that I came across 4D. If I remember correctly, it was around version 3.1. Until then, software development still followed the approach of office computers, with everything controlled by code. 4D, by contrast, offered a graphical development screen and very intuitive, easy-to-understand commands and coding, designed so that you could usually tell at a glance what it was doing.

Later, wanting to help support the growth of society, I left the company, and ever since, making full use of 4D, I have developed systems for businesses across many industries and fields.
